so i get made fun of for reading for fun
on top of all of my bull**** school books,
but i love finding books that change my life
in a way-- that grant me alternative perspectives.


have you ever read a book like that?

confessions of a single white female - megan russell


not really a book, rather a collection of various shorts, pictures, and artwork.
i have the only copy in existence which makes it obviously quite rare and intensifies the experience exponentially.

Im reading the new Max Barry novel Company, but recently ive also been reading the sin city graphic novels.

i'm the same way. I highly recommend reading Moby Dick by Herman Melville and read it on the philisophical side. It really says a lot about ourselves and who we are. It tells why when we look at the stars, we feel something that we can't explain.

i dont have time to read anything but what's required for my english class. right now i'm reading the historian by elizabeth kostova. i started yesterday right after i woke up, and i got two chapters in before it put me out for another 2 or 3 hours...

Dean Koontz. hes absolutely amazing. everytime i read one of his books it changes something in my life. or just how i see things. i love him. i normally never read outside of the required stuff but theres something about him that i cant put down. he must use like subliminal messageing
