Yeah I don't know if you guys know this but there's a new Trophy Scars album coming out on June 13th. I think it's called Alphabets Alphabets or some **** like that.

unless we have complete 100% artistic control - trophy scars wont make a record. and we will never make the same record twice, so that makes us a risky band... and labels don't really like risks. evr has actually taken some (some might be an overstatement) risks and i do admire them for that: bear vs shark was unreal, they also distribute weerd science's friends and nervous breakdowns. so - we're gonna do whatever we want despite who chooses to affiliate themselves with us or who doesn't. evr is being pretty cool to us right now, and we are happy that they support this record.

yeah, EVR has messed up almost every band besides Converge.

But I'm guessing this has more to do with the bands acutally having a budget and just producing their records very ****ty. Hopefully Trophy Scars doesn't dissapoint us.
