I just assumed I was, they posted on twitter saying there were still posters left on the merch now site, and I went on it like ten minutes later and it said I'd ordered a poster too
Did a review of this on sputnik music. Then the album got deleted from the database for like a day. So now it's some other kid's review up there. I gave them a 5, he gave them a 4.5. Shame.
Just got mine through the post, it's really ****ing sweet. Got the poster too and did a little girly squeal when I saw it was signed. Really really brilliant, I think this is going to be my favourite release by Trophy Scars, and therefore my favourite record ever? Beautiful.
Got my copy of the EP yesterday and I have seriously had it playing constantly now. I keep hearing new beautiful and wonderful things. Stuff I might hear Thelonious Monk pull off or even subtle stuff Gary Moore could appreciate. I am in love with this EP man! Makes me hunger even more for the full length and I thought that was impossible. This is by far not only your strongest or most technically advanced release but seriously dripping with emphatic, feeling and introversion that could scare even Edgar Allan Poe!
Bravo and encore is all I can think to say after that.
BTW It is so nice to meet you all here. I am brand new to the forum but old school as a fan. I know many bands have a hard time reconciling old fans when they make dramatic personal changes and I can only think that you are better off for loosing them. I am happy to journey with you though all of this. It helps me, it hurts me and ultimately makes you guys worth so much to me as artists. It is an adventure I think that could not be any more perfect.
Sincerely,
Ron.

I finally got the album today. Listening to it right now for the first time. Had to come on here just to say that Sad Stanley is absolutely UN-****ING-BELIEVABLE.
Haha is it bad that I actually kind of teared up listening to this?

This album just shows how much you all have progressed in the past years. I was listening to Darts in the Sea and it just shows how far you guys have come as a band. You've been my favorite band a little over 4 years now, thank you for you're talent. I feel with each album I am growing with you!
Nausea and Time in Heaven, Forever in Hell are superb. Love all the different insturmentals that are used on Darkness, Oh Hell. By far my favorite album to be released in 2010.
Comment that lets everyone know I've been down with the scars since at least '05.
Comment that remarks on the growth of the sound and the band and how it parallels my personal life journey.
Comment that expresses frustration about not having the album when literally everyone else in the world has heard it but me (psych, had it for days I got that 55/100 posterrr).
